Our Scottish lambs are Grass fed and direct from our farm at Balliefurth.

 What ever the occasion or just filling the freezer we can butcher this half lamb to your specifications.  If you want a shoulder or leg joint for slow cooking, or some lamb chops for the grill, mince and diced for stews the half a lamb will provide you them all.
