Mixed Fresh Meat Box

Your Balliefurth Mixed selection box includes all the best cuts of pork, beef, lamb and chicken to enjoy every meal. 

All our beef comes direct from our herd of Shorthorn cattle at Balliefurth Farm and is handpicked by our team of butchers in the shop to create each box as your order comes in.  Our Scottish lambs are Grass fed and direct from our farm at Balliefurth.

All our meat is packed fresh so that you can enjoy meals over a few days after it arrives, and all the beef comes vacuum wrapped so you can pop the rest in the freezer.

The mixed selection box contains:

Leg of pork rolled 1 kg

Pork Steak 180g x 2

Balliefurth Lamb chops 115g x 4

Balliefurth Lamb Mince 500g x 1

Balliefurth Shorthorn Beef Topside 1 kg

Balliefurth Shorthorn Beef Rib Eye x 280g x 2

Chicken Supreme x 200g x 2

Chicken Thighs     x 4

You can also freeze this on the day you receive your delivery to use later in the month.

Our herd is predominately grass-fed and enjoy our roaming around our 400 acre farm in the Cairngorms National Park in the Scottish Highlands.

Our farm shop is located in Nethy Bridge where we prepare all our online orders too.
